Arkansas Regional Adventure Programming Conference Jasper, Arkansas April 11th (12 pm departure) - 14th Early Bird Registration (by March 15th): Student - $85 Normal Registration (after March 15th): Student - $100 Pre-trip Meeting: April 4th || 5 p.m. Auburn Outdoors The Arkansas Adventure Programming conference is a student-oriented programming weekend for individuals who want to connect with other outdoor education enthusiasts. ARAP is located at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, a popular climbing destination. Access hundreds of climbing routes and discover the Buffalo River. Leave with the group at noon on Thursday to drive to Horseshoe Canyon Ranch. Cost includes transportation, conference fees, and camping fee. Two meals are provided. If unable to attend the trip after registration, please communicate with auburnoutdoors@auburn.edu. Failure to communicate in advance will result in an additional $10 cancellation fee. Level 1 - Low level of physical conditioning is necessary and no experience is required.
