Body Strong is a mode of interval training where the body weight (or a fraction thereof) is used to provide the resistance in a great variety of exercises. The equipment used is a Total Gym on steroids. Just by changing the incline of the platform will dramatically change the intensity of the exercises. This workout is for everyone. The new exerciser and the athlete can make gains on this total conditioning system.
