Intro to Powerlifting - $64.00

This 4-week technique based class is for beginner and intermediate lifters who want to learn proper technique for the squat, bench, and deadlift. In this class we will cover movement specific warm ups for powerlifting, accessory exercises that will enhance specific lifts, and go over how to optimally train for your individual performance.
