This 3-week technique based class will cover everything you need to know to perform the Olympic weightlifting movements safely and efficiently. Those movements are the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk. We will cover weightlifting specific warm ups, stretches, technique exercises, and more to improve your knowledge and technique in weightlifting. This class will only be 3 weeks long and the goal is to graduate you to using Auburn's new Olympic/Power lifting facility on your own!
